Next Sunday- a time to remember the mothers, who are so important to our lives. There are so manyto honor! Birth mothers, grandmothers, godmothers, adoptive mothers, stepmothers, foster mothers, den mothers and our friends mothers. There are temporary care mothers, house mothers. and mother superiors of religious life. We have women mentors who mother our careers, and self-appointed soulmothers who rescue us with sympathy.

As a special gift of yourself, write or record a very special story or letter to your mother(s). Choose the best things they’ve done for you, the wormest memories you have. Don’t forget to include how you felt when she did these things and how and how you still feel.
